Not when it is set correctly. We test a hidden patch first and tune the power to the coating, so the wood underneath is left untouched.
Can you work on site?
Yes. The equipment is portable, so we clean beams, decks and walls where they stand. Furniture can come to the workshop.
What coatings can you remove?
Paint, varnish, stain, soot and mold are the most common. Send photos and we will tell you if the job suits laser.
Is it safe for people and pets nearby?
The work area is shielded and fumes are extracted and filtered. We set exclusion zones while the laser is running.
